Expect the entire process to take 6-8 weeks including the consultation, design, and fabrication. Shipping times may vary depending on location.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be done on custom pieces, but pieces that are Ready-to-Buy can be returned at the expense of the customer for in-store credit.

What is the typical budget for custom orders?

Prices vary by the metal alloy and gemstones, but prices start at $500 to compensate for fabrication labor.
