How long do customs take from start to finish?

Expect the entire process to take 6-8 weeks including the consultation, design, and fabrication. Shipping times may vary depending on location.

Can I request a refund on any of your products?

Refunds or exchanges cannot be done on custom pieces, but pieces that are Ready-to-Buy can be returned at the expense of the customer for in-store credit.

What is the typical budget for custom pieces?

Prices vary by the metal alloy and gemstones, but prices start at $1,400 to compensate for fabrication labor.

Where are your products manufactured?

All products are fabricated by hand in house by Dalia Beach (GJ) in Murrieta, CA unless otherwise noted i.e. casting, laser engraving, etc.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. You always have the option to pick up items if local to Southern California.
